Edison Community Cleanup

  • 54 Ridge Road Edison, NJ, 08817 United States (map)

NOTE: Due to the coming rains on Saturday, this will be moved to Sunday, March 24

We will be working on restoring the natural beauty of this area from the adverse effects of pollution from overflowing stormwater and dumping. This area serves as a sanctuary for local flora and fauna to flourish, and the removal of pollution will help preserve its ecological balance.

The cleanup will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 23rd, and end around 2:00 PM. There are three main entry points into the area, but the event will officially kick off at the open space between 54 and 56 Ridge Road, Edison New Jersey. From here, volunteers will be directed into the three main clean-up areas.

We encourage volunteers to wear attire sutiable for being in the woods. It is also recommended to bring your own gloves, hats, boots, and reusable water bottles.

On-street parking is available. Additionally, the cleanup site is roughly 15-20 minutes from the closest 814 NJ Transit Bus Stop.
